Sauteed Summer Squash

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup zucchini squash, sliced
  • 1 cup yellow squash, sliced
  • 12 tsp sea salt
Directions
  1. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and saute until brown. 
  3. Add in zucchini and yellow squash and saute until just tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Place on serving dish and sprinkle with salt.
