Creamy Orzo with Shredded Crabmeat

Ingredients:
- 1/2 onion
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 c yogurt
- 2 c chicken stock
- 1 lb cooked crabmeat
- 4 c cooked orzo
- 1 tsp walnut oil
Directions:
- Mince the onion finely. In a pan, heat the butter and cook the onions on low heat until they are translucent, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add flour and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add yogurt and stock and stir until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Add crabmeat, then the orzo and toss.
- Drizzle with walnut oil.
- Serve warm.
